We will set your garbage can on the curb 24 hours before trash pick up day and return to its original location. NOTE: All garbage cans must be in view and accessible. If not accessible or in view, additional charges will apply.


Note: Additional bags, cardboard, yard debris, and any form of junk is not included in the Valet Trash Service.

Apartment complex

You set your trash outside your door as scheduled and one of our Elite Runners will take it to the dumpster for you.

Note: All bags must weigh under 30 lbs and maintain its contents without tearing or leaking. If bag tears or leaks, additional charges will apply.

No Trash Left Behind Service for Homes - We will dispose of any trash left behind after garbage pick up, at no additional cost.

dESCRIPTION OF valet Trash Services

  • We will provide trash to curb and doorstep valet trash service.
    HOMES - We set your trash bin on the curb 24 hours before garbage is picked up and return after scheduled garbage pickup, between 11am-6pm.
    APARTMENTS - Set your trash bag outside your door and we will pick it up and take it to an onsite Dumpster for you.
    FYI: HOMES - Extra fees will apply for more than one bin Ex: Yard waste and recycle bin. APARTMENTS - Extra fees will apply for more than 4 days per work for trash service

  • During trash to the curb service and trash pickup service, Elite Runners will be wearing Elite Sanitation shirts and reflective vests

  • Trash must be placed outside your apartment door at specified times and days

  • Trash pick up will start at 8:00 PM

  • All Trash must be placed in 30 gallon plastic trash bags (fee will apply for bags more than 30 lbs)

  • Residents are responsible for properly securing bags in a manner that prevents leaks or spillage

  • There will be a disposal limit of two (30 gallon size) trash bags per pick up day for each serviced apartment

  • All Trash will be placed in a truck/trailer and disposed of on site in trash disposal bins

  • As a courtesy, we will dispose of any trash around the disposal bins on pick up days

The Process

Homes

1.Sign up for Service

2.We Take to Curb - Our Elite Runners will show up at your home 24 hours in advance and place your trash bin on the curb, between 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM for trash pickup.

3.We Return - After trash is picked up, our Elite Runners will return your trash bins to their original location between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Apartments

1.Empty your household Trash in up to (2) 30 gallon Garbage Bags

2.Secure them tightly to ensure no leakage

3.Place them outside your front door at specified times and days, and we will take care of the rest
