Elite Sanitation Policies And Procedures

VALET TRASH SERVICE

Apartent Complex: You set your trash outside your door, one hour before scheduled pick up. We will bring it to the Dumpster for you.

Note: All bags must weigh under 30 lbs and maintain its contents without tearing or leaking. If bag tears or leaks, additional charges will apply.

Homes: We will set your garbage can on the curb 24 hours before trash pick up day and return to its original location. NOTE: All garbage cans must be in view and accessible. If not accessible or in view, additional charges will apply.

Note: Additional bags, cardboard, yard debris, and any form of junk is not included in the Valet Trash Service.

NO TRASH LEFT BEHIND/COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE/HOMES- ANY TRASH LEFT BEHIND AFTER GARBAGE PICKUP, WE WILL DISPOSE OF, AT NO ADDITIONAL COSTS.

Clean A Can Service: We will clean/sanitize your indoor and outdoor garbage cans on a weekly or monthly basis. Either once every two weeks or up to 3 times a month. There will be an additional fee for the entire 4 weeks. NOTE: If you have more than one can you would like cleaned, additional charges will apply, per additional can. All cans must be accessible for cleaning. Service is available on a monthly or weekly basis. Additonal charges will apply for one time cleanings.

Apartment Complex: Set the trash can you would like cleaned outside of your door an hour before scheduled cleaning. After cleaning, we will return the can to its original place. Homes- set the trash can you would like cleaned on the curb an hour before scheduled cleaning. After cleaning we will return the can to its original place.

Junk Removal: We help you remove your unwanted items. We accept same day appointments, specifying item you would like removed. We will provide you an estimate, (not a set price) before your appointment is scheduled.

Acceptable Items: TV Removal, Mattress Removal, Carpet Removal,Furniture Removal, Refrigerator Removal, Appliance Removal, Computers, Printers, Monitors, Attic Cleanouts, Construction debris, Household items, Apartment Cleanouts, Radios, Barbecue grills.

Note: Items not listed are the Driver's Judgement.

Unacceptable Items: Automobile parts and tires, tree trunks/limbs, any type of oil, toilet stools, swimming pool liners, firewood, automobile batteries,

Bulk Removal/Pick-Up: Please call for special pricing on bulk items. Appointment for bulk items should be made, 24 hours in advance. There is a minimum charge of $15 to come to your residence or place of business.

Recyclables: We will gladly pick up recyclable items. Please bag your recyclable items, with a list of items inside the bag.

Acceptable Recyclable Items: Tin or metal cans (food cans need to be rinsed out), Aluminum cans (soft drinks, etc), unbroken glass, plastics, including black plastics, soft drinks, water bottles, plastic milk jugs, newspaper, magazines, pamphlets, brochures, etc., telephone books, catalogs, office paper, cardboard (flattened and placed on the ground next to other recyclables in bag). (Items not listed is the Collectors Judgement ).

Unacceptable Recyclable Items: Paper towels, toilet paper, paper napkins, saran wrap, cellophane, food of any kind, pizza boxes, Styrofoam in any form, such as a meat tray, paint cans, hanging files, rubber items (including rubber bands), Appliances, furniture, wood or wooden items, plastic items not marked with a recycle logo (look for a triangle surrounding a number), clothing, rags, cloth items, Photographic paper or film including negatives, x-rays, MRI films, etc., batteries. (Items not listed is the Collector's judgement).

Yard Debris: We will collect yard debris once weekly and a service fee will be charged to the customers' account. To ensure that you are placed on our weekly scheduled pickup, please call the office no later than Thursday to be sure service is rendered.

Mobile Detailing: We will come to your residence or place of business and custom detail your vehicle to fit your needs. Prior to service, please remove all valuable items from Vehicle, as this will prevent valuables from being lost or damaged.

Refunds: Refunds will ONLY be granted, per customer's request. Early termination fees will apply. Refunds may be prorated or expensed for service granted and a minimum of $5.00 service charge. No refunds or account adjustments will be offered for service not rendered due to reasons beyond collectors' or companys' control, such as holidays, increment weather, or for customers not putting garbage out in time for collection.

Service Interruption: There may be service interruptions due to increment weather, holidays and emergencies out of our control. Service will resume as announced or on the following service day. Unpaid accounts, containers not at curbside, unidentified containers, animals, insects or other incidents may cause your service to be interrupted.

Payments & Late Payments: PAYMENTS are due on the 1st of each Month, prior to the month of service. All prepaid fees are accepted as contract for service, for the duration of the prepaid months. A LATE FEE of $5.00 (Residential accounts) $10.00 (Commercial accounts) will be charged if payment is not received by the 3rd (grace period) of the month. SERVICE may be discontinued if payment is not received by the 15th day of the service month. A $20.00 restoration fee may be applied after service is stopped, to collect old garbage, junk or recyclable items. ****IF you will be late making a payment, please inform ELITE SANITATION 48 hrs in advance****

Canellation Of Services: Cancellation of any services must be made prior to the first of the month over the phone. All refunds will be based on the base rate of service.

Missed Appointments: You will not be refunded for missed appointments, such as, not setting your trash outside your door on your scheduled pickup day. Service will resume the next business day.
